You can download the source code files in FORTRAN to calculate the Theta Angles (13), (23), and (12) with Double Precision. I tried to upload the "exe" file of the editor and compiler, but it could not be done. So, there is a link to get it from the web. It is a free program, and I highly recommend it.

The Exact Mixing (Oscillation) Angles of Boson - three theta angles. There are Initial and Final values of each angle. Theta(13) Initial is the Weinberg Angle. Two remaining ones are the "educated guesses". Here are the printouts from the FORTRAN programs each for different theta angle.

Theta Initial is the one calculated by scientists in their elaborate neutrino catchers and other things - I, use just cheap computer.
