This paper will analyze the relationship between UTF (Universal Transcendental Function) derived in the articles 1001-1007, Planck’s Constants such as Planck’s Time, Temperature, Length, and Mass, etc., and new coefficient (another Fundamental Constant) and New Universal Units of Measurements.

This series of articles will formulate and determine new relations mentioned above indicating the Infinite Mind of the Holy Trinity behind the design of the Universe and preceding the creation of it. These formulas will definitely show that mathematics precedes the creation of the physical worlds.
