Say it 7 times. 7 X 14 Crosses (+) (with Rosary or Crucifix); 7 Kisses; 3 "Lord, I Love Thee"; 3 Bows of the Head.

"(+) By the Power (+) of God, (+) I Seal (+) your Body, (+) Soul (+) and Spirit, ((+) say the name of the sinner), ((+) say the name of the Exorcist) from entering you by 

(Say the Name of the Demon/Legion, if you have one); Witches/Witchers (say the name if you have one);

Coven/Covens; Circle/Circles; Spells/Hexes/Curses/Witchcraft/Occult; Cast by (say the name of the evil people and evil places if you have them);

(+) in the Past, (+) Present and (+) Future. (+) Receive the (+) Seal of the (+) Living God. Amen."
